Shipping Time The Mod Shop generally ships within 24-48 hours after the purchase if the item is in stock. Most items are shipped by overnight courier and delivered within 1-2 business North Island and 2-3 business days South Island. Please add 1 extra business day for rural delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping destination, package weight, and shipping method selected during the checkout process. You will be able to view the shipping costs before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Orders Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery. If you did not receive a tracking number within 72 hours, please contact us. Please quote your order number and email address in the email.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure all local orders reaches you within 2 to 5 business days, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to delays. Once your order is in transit, we hold limited liability for any delays that may occur. We recommend monitoring your tracking details and referring to your respective carrier's website for the most accurate delivery updates and information regarding any delays.

Duties and Taxes for Orders Shipped to Australia over AU$1,000 For all orders shipped to Australia with a total value exceeding the AU$1,000 threshold, please note that duties and taxes may be incurred. The customer is solely responsible for any duties and taxes payable upon arrival at the destination. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your respective tax obligations for the final destination.

International Shipping Customs Clearance and Delays Customs clearance processes may cause delays in the delivery of your order, especially for items subject to additional scrutiny. While we strive to minimize any potential delays, please be aware that customs procedures are beyond our control.

Any returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Items and packaging must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for returns.

If your item(s) is damaged upon delivery, you must request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. If your return is accepted, your exchange or refund will be processed.

Before sending the item back, please contact us with your order details and include "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" in the subject line.

We must be notified of all returns or exchanges within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. Packages sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

We only accept returns and exchanges of items purchased from us. All sale items and wheel nuts are excluded from returns or exchanges.

Returns and exchanges of any products must meet the following guidelines to be granted a return or exchange:

• Upon filing a return/exchange claim, please ensure that the item(s) and packaging are free of any damages and are in their original condition as received. Returns/exchanges for wheels will not be approved once tires have been fitted.
• If wheels have been fitted with tires, they will not be granted a return, exchange, or refund. They are considered used items, and you own them.
• We are not responsible for any wheels that may need hub rings, wheel spacers, wheel nuts, bolts, or any wheel accessories required to fit your vehicle. It is the buyer's responsibility to do their research before placing orders.
• We are not responsible for matching wheels to previous wheel orders, including but not limited to wheels that are back-ordered, discontinued, or purchased as singles or pairs.
• For customers wishing to return their products, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Exchanges for correctly shipped products may be subject to a restocking fee, and the customer will be liable for shipping both ways.
• For returns/exchanges of correctly shipped products, the customer is responsible for shipping them back at their expense, and the items must arrive in the same new condition with all original packaging. Any damages to the wheel(s) or products and/or packaging will incur a 30% charge on the purchased price.

The return/exchange process may take up to 5 to 7 business days from the time your return has been approved. The Mod Shop reserves the right to void any returns and exchanges.

All our wheels have a LIMITED LIFETIME warranty on the construction of the wheel and 1 year on the finish of the wheel. They meet or exceed the VIA / JWL / SAE standard rating and require the use of aftermarket tapper style wheel nuts.

Warranty claims will only be valid with original proof of purchase from either us directly or from an authorized dealer. Warranty is only valid only to the original consumer/purchaser of wheels purchased from http://www.themodshop.co.nz and is non transferable. Wheels purchased from authorized dealers should be returned to them directly with your proof of purchased. The warranty does not cover removal or installation expense.

Our warranty does not cover user error which include: Curbing of wheels, accidents, and other user error occurrences.

All warranties must be authorized by The Mod Shop. Any wheel returned for warranty without authorization will be ignored and/or rejected.

The warranty covers the following defects:

• If the wheel(s) arrives at the purchaser with any structural cracks.
• If the wheel(s) causes leaks when mounted properly with a tyre.
• If the wheel(s) arrives at the purchaser out of round and unable to balance within standard limits when mounted with a tyre.
• If the wheel(s) has a defective standard coating or powder coating.

WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO

• Wheels NOT purchased from us or an authorised dealer.
• Any damage or defect caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or accident. Any damage or defect caused by track or off-road use or by road hazard impact.
• Wheels that have been altered, repaired or modified.
• Wheels installed with spacers or adapters.
• Wheels installed with incorrect tire sizes or used with excessive vehicle loads.
• Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions or neglect.
• Chrome pitting or discoloration due to lack of maintenance.
• Blemishes, peeling or discoloration on the back side of the wheel.
• Fading or discoloration of chrome or accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements.
• Appearance blemishes or defects on wheels that have been mounted.
• Wheels signed for as received and inspected. Please inspect shipments and contact the shipping company within 24 hours if any products are damaged.
• Paint warranty on wheels that are in snow or snowy areas with salted roads.
