Our preferred payment method for Trade Me purchases is Ping, credit/debit card or bank transfer. We also accept Paynow. If you prefer the non-technological approach, we will take cash on pick up or a direct bank deposit as per instructions sent to you through Trade Me.

We use New Zealand Post Courier Service. Our orders are picked up mid-afternoon and generally we experience quick overnight service. Shipping costs are set out clearly at the time of your Trademe purchase.

Pick up is allowed from Nostalgia Motors in Hamilton.

You can go to our website and read the official policy, but the upshot is:

If you want to return a product, we must be notified within 7days of purchase, it must be undamaged and in original undamaged packaging, and you need to pay to get it back to us.

If you want to return a product and you don’t meet the above criteria you need to contact us, and we can discuss what can be done. Returns can incur a 15% restocking fee.

If you want to return a product because it arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately and we will sort it.

Shipping costs are only refunded on faulty or damaged returns.

Can I pay for overnight or express delivery? Unfortunately, not through Trade Me as we simply can’t have all options for every situation set up. However, if your need is urgent and it is during the week give us a call and we should be able to help.

How will my order be delivered? Our default courier is NZ Post Courier Service to your door.

Can I choose who I want to deliver my purchase? Sure, but you will need to contact us before we get it away and there could be an extra charge depending on the circumstances.

How long does it take to get my purchase? Mostly we would like to say within a day or two depending on where you live, but we all know what that means with the post! So, our advice is that if you haven’t received anything after 3-4 days please get in touch with us.

My item arrived damaged – what happens now? Give us a call and we’ll sort it for you.

Oops! I received the wrong product – what should I do? Again, give us a call and we’ll sort it.

What are your hours of operation? 8am – 5pm week days. So, for Trade Me customers that does mean that generally weekend sales can’t be processed until Monday.
