While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times there may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfil your order. If this should occur we will contact you and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

All shipping & delivery occurs between Monday-Friday, we do offer a Saturday delivery for an extra fee to be covered by the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your refund policy?

Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you change your mind or if you made a mistake when purchasing from us.

For products purchased in our retail stores we are happy to exchange products within 7 days of purchase, providing the goods are in resalable condition and you have proof of purchase.

For products purchased from our website we are happy to exchange your goods within 28 days with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in resalable condition.

If you exchange a product that was purchased on special for a different product, you will have to pay the full retail price, not the special price if the promotion has ended.

If the product returned is faulty, we will meet our obligation to provide a remedy under the “Consumer Guarantees Act”.

Where can I exchange an item?

You can return an item for exchange at our retail store in New Plymouth. Please ensure you have your till receipt or invoice with you if you take your item to a store.

Please note that the return for exchange is at your cost. We do not refund any freight portion charged if the products are subsequently returned or exchanged. We will refund the freight portion charged, if the returned product was received damaged.

Standard Warranty Period: 12 months

Dobinsons Warranty: Unlimited KM for all products Coil Springs - have a two year warranty against faulty manufacture, breakage & sagging (loss of free height of more than 10mm). Leaf Springs - have a two year warranty against faulty manufacture, breakage or sagging (loss of free camber by more then 12mm). Shock Absorbers - have a two year warranty providing the vehicle does not have a modified exhaust system. Fridges - have a five year warranty on the motor & a one year warranty on all other parts against faulty manufacture.

Amada Extreme: 12 Month/60,000KM

Clutch: Clutch Industries OE standard replacement Clutches - 2 years/40,000 kilometres HD, 4Terrain, 4Terrain Ultimate - 3 years/50,000 kilometres Trundles Automotive Viper Clutch – 1 year (subject to correct fitment. Contact us if any questions.)
