Boots turned up quickly, but unfortunately on of the boots zips had been stitched too close to the material and did not work. So very disappointed with that and the fact that the would/could not send me a replacement pair. I have also had to do 3 trips in to the ugg express shop (25kms away)to get a refund sorted out. So all in all very disappointed

Hahahaha!! Haven't received item. It claims to be an aussie company, but must be a drop shipper. $20 shipping and has taken more the 3 weeks and still not here. No replies to emails. hopefully they turn up soon,My feet have been freezing ?? Would buy from them again personally

Ariel Boots broke in the first week. (The pull on tab came away). I was promised a partial refund to pay to get them repaired which never came through. Then emailed to follow up and no reply. Have raised a dispute now.
