Payment must be cleared within 5 days, commencing on the closure of auction. Please use the TradeMe reference number as reference when making payment. All payments must be made in full either prior to delivery or pick up.

Our experienced delivery team will deliver your order for local area. We can also provide professional assembly service at a cost, please feel free to discuss the options with us.

For the rest area in the country, our partner freight company will deliver your order for us. The shipping time varies according to the freight company’s availability. It is important for us to getting thing delivered to you on time, but we can’t guarantee the delivery times as it’s a third-party freight company, so we can’t be liable for any loss, cost or expense caused by delay in delivery.

Your order will always be inspected by our warehouse team to make sure all the product is good to go before dispatching them, however if the product is damaged in transit, please do let us know strictly within 24 hours so we can have this rectified with the delivery team. Any damage to property must be reported to the delivery driver and recorded at the time of delivery.

Extra cost will occur for bringing your order upstairs or into lifts, please ensure all the items can fit through your doorways, stairs or lifts etc. We will leave all packaging behind to enable you to play a part in the recycling of any plastic or cardboard items.

By placing the order for goods through Victor’s Choice Furniture you are deemed to accept the terms and conditions of sale.

Please make sure you choose your products carefully as once your order has been accepted, such product may not be exchanged or returned for credit unless stated. Refund will be given only if a replacement is not available. Please contact us we’ll help you and meet all our responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

Warranty

• All of our products carry a 12-month RTB warranty if not specially stated.
• Please report any defect found within 24 hours from receiving, scratches, marks or missing parts reported after 24 hours are not covered by warranty.
• Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer; it does not cover unauthorized repairs, incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
• Warranty does not cover if your purchase was used for business/commercial purpose.
• RTB (Return to Base) means the buyer pays for returning goods to us. Repaired or replacement goods will be returned to the buyer at our expense.
• By placing the order for goods through us you are deemed to accept the terms and conditions of sale.
• We strive to make every piece of information as accurate as we can. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and refund the full amount received.

Pick up

You are welcome to collect your order from our distribution center. Bookings for this are recommended so we can ensure that your order is ready for you when you arrive. Please present your TradeMe reference number when you arrive. Please be noted we do not have EFTPOS facility in the distribution center.

The location and hours of our distribution center is as below: 88H Harris Road, East Tamaki, Auckland Monday-Sunday, 10am-12pm, 1pm to 4pm.

Please ensure you have sufficient help to carry furniture from our warehouse to your vehicle. If you require assistance with oversized or heavy items into your vehicle please speak to our team members and they will try to help you if they can do so safely.

We will not take responsibly for any damage to product caused in transit, when the product has been collected or freighted by the customer. Please prepare ropes and blanket to secure product if necessary.
