Western Filters

Western Filters offers a Flat Rate of $16.00 despatched through Australia Post with tracking. Once your order has been collected you will be emailed a Tracking number to keep an eye on where your order is.

Items will be despatched generally within 48 hours after payment has cleared unless otherwise stated (weekends or public holidays excluded.)

Western Filters want you to love our products as much as we do!

That’s why we have a 30 day returns policy.

Before you purchase an item, please check with us if it will be suitable for your vehicle!

Returned items must be in their original packaging & condition to be accepted for a credit. Any items returned that are not meeting these requirements, unless pre-arranged with our staff will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Change of mind purchases the buyer is responsible for the return postage & will only be refunded the purchase price.

If any of our products are faulty, please contact our service staff immediately to discuss how to rectify the problem for you. Return postage for faulty items will be covered by Western Filters in the first 30 days.

Western Filters hours of operation are Mon – Fri 7:30am to 3.30pm. Aest.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars.

All items offered are the genuine manufacturers products as stated in our ads.

Western Filters only accepts Pay Now options & no Bank Transfers.
