The light unit was well wrapped with layers of bubble wrap.....no signs of damage, but once opened we were very disappointed...full of large cracks......one would conclude it was sent like that, I have emailed the supplier with no success and only wished I had read his bad reviews earlier......shocking trader a fraudster!!!

Placed order on a Friday afternoon. No communication from seller. Realized I'd ordered the wrong part and emailed on the Saturday morning to apologise and ask to cancel trade. No response from seller. Emailed again on Wednesday asking for response and to cancel trade. No response from seller. Today, the following Saturday, part arrives. Terrible communication from trader. Most irritating I now have a part I don't need. Seems this trader doesn't really care though.

DO NOT TRADE WITH THEM! Horrendous trader. Listing wasn't accurate to the part we thought it was for, so they required more payment (fine, mistakes happen). Did that extra payment and then they still went ahead and sent the wrong part. Couldn't get any response from either emailing them or calling their office, constantly getting put on hold and no one being able to tell me if the part is actually coming or not. One month later and I finally get through to someone to say they don't have the part
