Eftpos Available at store. We can accept payments by Debit card, Master card or Visa. Cash payment is also acceptable on collection of product.

It is Buyer’s responsibility to pay the freight and shipping can be arranged with our freight company. We highly recommend the use of a Furniture Carrier as they will have the facilities to handle product of this mature. Delivery will be arranged in 2 working days as soon as we receive the payment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you need to return your merchandise because the goods are faulty, you must contact us first by phone or email prior to returning any goods. We will require the auction number, date of purchase, and contact phone numbers and detail information about the defects. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please note we will not refund if you have 'changed your mind', or if the item was 'not what you expected it to be'.

Returned products with missing accessories may not be accepted. Merchandise must be in unused condition and in original packaging material. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar products if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.

WARRANTY

The bulk of our products carry a 12 month warranty but this may exclude some items sold for example at $1 Reserve or sold as seconds or damaged. Please contact our office to check on the warranty cover of the product purchased.
