We accept payments through Ping and After pay. This allows you to pay instantly with a credit card, debit card or Prezzy Card and it means we can get your order out the door sooner!

We Also Accept Bank Deposit and via Internet banking.

Payment Instructions:

Payment Instructions are Automatically Sent to all purchase customers within a few minutes of auctions closing and we request our customer to made payment in full within 5 working days.

Note: We don’t accept cheques, cash, Paypal, Amex or Diners Cards.

__Shipping time frame: __

We ship very next working day after payment. It takes 1-2 working days for non-rural Address & 2-4 working days for rural address after shipping except heavy items.

Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas, Public Holidays, etc. If order has been placed on weekend or on public holidays it will be dispatched on next working day.

Tracking:

All orders are shipped with registered tracking.

Undeliverable address & returned items:

If an order is returned back to our warehouse for any reason such as an undeliverable address provided, yolo goods reserves the right to charge any additional costs to the buyer for re-delivering the order.

Damaged and Missing Parcels

If you receive a damaged parcel or the tracking shows delivered while you haven't received the parcel please contact us, we can send a replacement or can lodge an inquiry for you.

In case of damaged item, receiver should check the parcel thoroughly before signing the consignment. We reserve the right to decline replacement/refund if consignment signed as “good order” at the time of delivery.

Receiver can also decline delivery if courier driver insist to sign it before checking the damage. In this case, please report back to us and we will complain for that driver to courier management.

Combine shipping:_

Yes, but not free of cost! Please ask us before placing order. We will advise you combine shipping according to your address & required items. (Larger items may incur extra charges or cannot be combined at all)

We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible. Please choose carefully as we are unable to exchange product once you've received your order unless we have made a genuine mistake in our description (and yes, we are human) or where your request to exchange is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.

If you’ve changed your mind, we will accept a Return (at the buyer’s cost) within 3 days provided the item is unopened, unused and in a mint re-sellable condition.

If the item arrived faulty or did not work as intended, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of your item after it has been returned (at our cost) and tested. We do have 100 days warranty on all of our products if not mentioned.

If product is faulty or damaged please allow us to give the best possible replacement for your product, if we are not able to provide you the replacement than we can process a refund for you.

4 Warranty

Yolo Goods warranty policy covers our products for 100 Days from the delivery date. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy.

If you feel that your purchase has a fault that is covered under warranty please contact us, including as much detail as possible (including a photo of the issue if possible or applicable) so that we can assess the problem and advise you of a solution. This could be either a repair, replacement or refund. We reserve the right to provide the best possible solution based on availability of stock.

Our Customer service team works from Monday to Friday 10.00am – 5pm. We will try to answer all questions, emails and winning auctions within 24 hours (only working days).

__GST TAX INVOICES: __

We are a GST Registered Company and a GST Invoice will be provided On Demand
