Very Rare Vintage Plush Collectable Teddy Bear by Van Cleef. Has a weighted bottom.
Distressed look and fading is by design.
Is missing 1 front button which could probably be easily replaced. Scarf is also coming apart at end but this could be by design.
Not much online about this particular guy and cannot currently find any other Van Cleef Bears listed however from research I believe this is a very rare vintage collectable.
