Merrythought Limited Edition Handmade Bear "Biscuit" - early 2000's

A miniatured version by Oliver Holmes of the Merrythought Wellington bear produced solely for Harrods in London in 1998.

Condition is excellent but it does have a couple of tiny holes in 2 paws as shown in photos.

• Bear details (JR8DC or JR80C) numbered 368 of 500.
• Edition Size: Strictly limited to 500 pieces worldwide.
• Production year early 2000's - swing tag is sealed so I cant check the exact date.
• Material: The bear is made of a luxurious, high-quality mohair in a "biscuit," light gold, or tan colour.
• Length - approx 20cm.
• Fully Jointed: The head and limbs are articulated, allowing the bear to be posed.
• Handmade in England: Crafted at the historic Merrythought factory in Ironbridge, Shropshire.
• Signed: These limited edition bears from the 1990s and early 2000s are known to have been signed by Oliver Holmes, either on a sewn-in label or sometimes hand-written on the felt paw pad.
• Traditional Design: Features classic elements such as glass eyes, a hand-stitched nose and mouth, and often a satin ribbon bow.
