From Take and Play range 2006 with magnetic connectors.

Peter Sam was originally called Stuart, he is a narrow gauge saddle tank engine who worked on the Mid Sodor Railway before moving to the Skarloey Railway. Peter Sam is known for his cheerful and hardworking nature, although he can be a bit naive at times.
