This auction is for the items as pictured, please check the photos to see what is included. The main treehouse is included, but the zip wire, bunny house, fishing area/waterfall and magic portal are missing.
Includes Anna, Olaf, Mattias and one bunny - but one bunny is missing.
Other items that are missing, or tiles with stickers that are missing are marked in the instruction book using post-it notes.
Instruction book included in very good condition.
This buildable magic treehouse playset features a bedroom area in the base of the tree and a dining area on the floor above. There's a ladder up to the lookout.
Accessory elements include Mattias's sword, treasure chest, fish, glasses, plate, scissors, grapes and an apple.
Treehouse measures over 7” (20cm) high.
