This is a classic pirate ship set, the Queen Anne's Revenge, a ship featured in Pirates of the Caribbean. We have been making the Black Pearl (13111), but hoping to get onto this one soon. It's a big set at over 3000 pieces, but not as big as the discontinued 4195, Queen Anne's Revenge, made by LEGO.
