Kakapo Crafts is a student-run Y.E.S. company formed for our business class at Nayland College in Nelson for NCEA Level 3. They are passionate about creating and selling unique, flat-pack puzzles made with a laser cutter. More than just puzzles, their creations aim to educate! Each puzzle features an endangered species design along with informational elements to raise awareness about these vulnerable animals.
We take pride and care to design products that reflect New Zealand's endangered species. We aim to raise awareness about the threatened species in Aotearoa by selling laser-cut wooden puzzles that intrigue the mind and make unique decorations. Our puzzles are unique to our company as they are designed by our CEO with care to make them as fun and as good-looking as possible.
