We made this for the kids a few years back, but they have grown out of it.

Includes the twisty slide and all the “plumbing“ so that you can plug it into the garden hose and have sprinklers spraying the inside of the slide… It is not like the QE2 hydroslide, but it adds a bit of summer fun to it!

The frame is 1.0 m wide x 3.1 m long x 2.5m high. The slide sits out about 1m from the front of the slide.

Safe to say it has been over engineered by a hobbiest woodworker. Even the frame has half lap joints!

The frame is made out of 100 mm x 100 mm pine and it has all been painted gunmetal grey. The deck a slats for edge protection are all pine as well but painted black.

It is all bolted together using galvanised bolts, so we should be able to pull it to pieces so it is "flat packed” and easy to put back together later. We can either do this in advance, but it is probably best done on collection so it is easier to put back together.

The legs are bolted into standard galvanised post and bearer brackets and if these are salvagable, you are welcome to them, but they are set in concrete, so easy to purchase if required.
