Anyone who knows UK toy shops, knows ELC is good quality! This is in really good condition, as the photos show, from a non-smoking, pet free house when used.

I can't find Happy Street on the current ELC website, I think it's been renamed Happy Land ? if you want to look it up. eBay calls this set 'vintage' so I don't think this set's available anymore, which is a shame because it's fantastic for creative/impaginative play and fine motor skills. Dads enjoyed this too:) so language skills were also part and parcel of play.
