Sparky The Fire Engine

The time has come to pass Sparky the Fire Engine on to a new owner.

Expressions of interest are being sought for this iconic machine for its new chapter and owner. Sparky had been a staple and familiar children's entertainment vehicle for many years around the Bay of Plenty and wider regions. Attending private functions such as family gatherings, Birthday parties and Christmas events, A&P Shows, and many other events. Sparky can fit up to 12 children split between front and rear compartments.

Sparky - The Fire Engine was built in Auckland by a panal beater in 1996 from a Toyota Corolla car. He is designed on an 1981 International fire engine in the colours of the day. From some of the early photos available online you will notice that there is one big red light in the centre, this has been upgraded to two smaller ones on each side. Also he now has flashing headlights and forward and rear facing LED's. There have been a few other tweaks and modifications over the years. Like anything a new owner will want to put their own mark on Sparky.

The current owner is offering Sparky and all his wares which include but not limited to: *Sparky himself *trailer for transportation which will have current WOF *marquee *tables *Chairs *Sinage *Social media page *current and future bookings *incidentals such as money bags etc.

This would suit a individual entrepreneur or maybe a brigade who loves to connect and be involved with their wider community whilst being able to raise significant funds for a ride on Sparky. Maybe two brigades could join forces and share sparky or he could be hired out. There are many possibilities for how he could be utilised for the brigade or private individual.
