Kids Playhouse. Its the beach house design made by madeofwood. Its 8 years old, our kids have loved it but have out grown. Still in really good condition. (Happy if you want to view before bidding) Only thing that could need replaced at some stage would be the roof (Its still water tight though) $23 a sheet of clear plastic roofing from Bunnings so would only need a couple of sheets. thats if you want to replace
Photos attached along with assembly instructions. It will need to be partially dis-assembled to remove as needs to go down a 1metre gap down the side of the house which will be up to you if you win the auction. You will see by the instructions that its 4 sides and a floor so its a simple kit set to put back togetehr.
It cost $1450 brand new, selling at $ 1 Reserve - to be clear your job to dismantle and remove.
