2004 Mazda RX-8

2004 Rx8, Running Nissan RB20DET

Was built for drift but I have only taken it out on a skid pan a couple times for testing and its just not getting used.

Has:

Tuned LINK G3 ecu

Rebuilt RB20DET: Driven somewhere around 10hours Modified fuel rail with Subaru 565cc injectors New gaskets/seals, water pump cambelt etc, Arp rod bolts and acl race rod bearings New main bearings Franklin engineering head to sump oil drain Modified flipped/reversed sump and dropped to hold about 5.5 liters in the pan Front facing plenum Waste spark DSR Stainless manifold With 63/52 trim T3 turbo with quality franklin engineering oil lines 44mm genuine Tial external wastegate running about 14psi 9 bolt flywheel running a standard clutch Big alloy radiator

RB30E manual gearbox has short shifter fitted. shifts mint

3" straight through exhaust with one free flow muffler

Oil cooler

Accusump - the whole system (Sump - oil cooler and accusump hold about 10 liters of oil total)

Hydro handbrake (brakes need a bleed as go soft after a few hand brake slides)

Tacho with oil pressure, water temp & oil temp(not hooked up) Has a GPS speedo, boost gauge

OMP Rep steering wheel

Bucket seats (have some minor tears where door hits them a tad and couple small burn holes) sitting on NZKW base mounts with drivers side adjustable slider

Steering rack isnt the best but works and is manual - was going to mod a hydro unit to it but never happened, Has rack spacers and modified steering knuckles for more lock

Runs a carbon fiber driveshaft and a locked 4.44 diff

Tein adjustable suspension

Custom front sway bar

16x8 0p wheels tough 4wd grade alloy rims I have another set of 4 could sell for an additional 600 all as new

Seat belts need a better mount on the tunnel side was going to cage and fit harnesses

Car runs and drives but is not road legal and is deregistered, would suit track only. Will need to be trailered.
