The whole process was smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. My one suggestion is it would be really good if the salesperson had asked me what was the prerequisite of what I was looking for in a car and that would have prompted to to notice the car didn't have cruise control and not having the stereo volume control on the steering wheel. :(

They didn't tell us that the fog light was not working and then when driving downhill, there was a vibration like the brake pad needed replacement
