I would definitely recommend 2 Cheap Cars to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy a car. Nishant was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and I'm not sure if it was just a sales technique but we told him what we wanted, and he gave us a car that best suited our needs. The sale and registration process were very efficient and we didn't have to wait long. I would've given 5 stars for customer service, however, there was a moment during the registration process that had a negative impact on my experience. One of the main reasons we chose 2 Cheap Cars was the fact that they were rated Silver by New Zealanders in the Readers Digest magazine series, for 4 or 5 years running, as preferred used car dealership for New Zealanders. When i brought this up with the lady doing our registration, she looked at me with an attitude/blank/why-are-you-talking expression like she didn't know what I was talking about and when I clarified and pointed to the huge, framed poster on the wall in the office, literally right behind her, on top of her head, she just looked at it, and didn't even respond. I mean, if you're gonna out something up like that to convince customers that you are trustworthy, and it definitely does work, then please train your employees to actually know something about it and respond to curious customers accordingly. I just would like to mention that Walter was also a very prominent part of our experience there and I thank him for his help in the process. Lastly, it's been a week and some days since we requested the accident report for the car, please send it over, thank you. But overall, I would definitely go back to them again when I get my next car. Thank you, 2 Cheap Cars.
