For someone who is completely new please give them all the knowledge about the features so that they will know more about your car and features.

I initially received good service for the sale of the car, however when taking the car for a test drive, a fault was reported and was supposedly cleared. When I received the car, I drove it and the same fault came back on and then had to contact the dealership. Upon contacting the dealership, I was referred to the workshop for evaluation of which I took it but communication after was bad. I had to contact the dealership again and then told to take the car back to the workshop. I took the car to the workshop and have to do follow ups between the dealership and workshop and eventually had to request a courtesy car. This should be a standard. I am without the car for a full week now and I am I disappointed as it is supposed to be a new, reliable car.A week later, I am told by the workshop that the part that is required to fix the car has to be ordered directly from BMW, to date, the dealership has not made arrangements with BMW so this means a further delay in the car being repaired timeously.
