Hi The team were friendly and easy to communicate with without being pushy My only feedback was that no mention of there only being 1 car key until after full payment and contract signed. If I had known I would have negotiated a lower price as it is minimum of $400 for 2nd key. All my other car purchases here and in Australia have always included 2 keys so I was shocked and disappointed to find only one was offered with no prior mention or discount offered Regards Chris
