Overall, it was okay. All the processes went smoothly. I didn’t like that they assumed that I’m from the same country as them and immediately started taking to me in their language because I am not and I don’t speak their language at all. I wanted my car to be shipped to Tauranga branch. I first asked them quotes for delivery to both Tauranga branch and my house. But one of stuff sort of insisted that I should get it delivered to my house and I felt a bit uncomfortable. The other lady sent us these quotes on the same day we visited so we went back on the next day. After I made a purchase and everything got sorted, the lady who insisted me texted me the quotes. So I would not say the communication between them wasn’t the best. The car I bought was on sale till the time I first visited but the promotion was ended when I bought. It was only a couple of days difference and it just didn’t make sense at all. The staff said there’s nothing they can do about it but I just felt a bit questionable about these promotions. But I’m happy with my purchase anyway and appreciate your service. P.S. I found the name of staff below. Susan really helped me with all the process and everything.

Only disappointment I had was the vehicle only came with one key - there should be 2 keys - this is sudden extra costs for the additional new key fob, although Nash has helped us to arrange an additional one at our cost... I believe this should have been include in the sale of discounted off the sale price if not included... I only found out about the key issue when I went to collect the car. Other than that, excellent overall experience, we will look to purchase an additional 1 - 2 cars again over the next 12 months and we will certainly come straight back.
