Sales man didn't seem interested in serving us or making any concerted effort to help us. Sales man was on his phone and chatting to a work mate before even bothering to greet us or ask if he can help us ( even though we were waiting patiently at his door for help). Car was sold with only one key but we were not made aware of this and then salesman wouldn't provide a second key (said the company wouldn't allow it) I said well you should have told us or written it on the contract. Main glass doors into the dealership were dirty with handprints and smudges all over. Cars did seem to be as listed and were priced reasonably. We went in wanting to buy a car that day for our son and we nearly just left as the sales team were so uninterested.
