Our trade in offer was appalling, there was no room for negotiation. Would of been happy even for a small discount or offer. We were left to our own devices to research the cars. Once we bought the car- only because it was available and handy to us- local.There was next to no fuel in car for a test drive with light on and the same after purchase we had to race straight to petrol station to fill as we had to leave the yard with light on. Once we agreed to buy the small amount of customer service was non existent. No response to txt messages asking if deposit was received or when car would be available for collection etc. Two cheap cars became CHEAP! Would not recommend.
