I bought my car in Taurunga branch, and the staff there was amazing, efficient and honest. Although, we did not visit the facility, but the staff was reliable with excellent communication skills. We arranged it to be transported in Taranaki. The staff kept us up to date. Highly recommended. I forgot the name of the staff(I think it's Xue), but I never forget how friendly and really a great asset she is in the company. Thank you heaps. When my car arrived, there was a malfunction. Taurunga branch helped us as much as they could, calling us and really helped us to fix it. However, it needed an automotive to fix it. I made a claim. The staff that I talked to when I made a claim were compassionate (there were three of them, one was I had a consistent communication). They answered my email so quick. Although, there was a malfunction (I think it was a wrong wire connection when they installed my car play head unit), I never felt alone. They were there to listen and act on it.
