Happy with service I got from sales representative to the per approved service and signing of paper work very happy ??

The overall experience was rather good apart from not getting the new Tyres sorted out in time for me to pick up the car. That had to be sorted the day I picked up the car. Ideally they should have made time to get this done. I thought the dealership people were very friendly & helpful. & would possibly visit them again in the future.

When I made the deposit I expected the car to be cleared by AA but upon a pre inspection they flagged that the battery was giving off a high voltage warning. Secondly it’s only been a week of having this car and already something from the car has broken off. Really wondering if making this purchase was the right decision and doubting the quality of the vehicle. Considering this is a first import vehicle from a well known dealership I am very disappointed.
