The staff were not very helpful. They didn't seem to have much knowledge and just left you to it. Had to approach the staff for assistance to view and test drive a car and was told to just wait. We bought the car out right paying cash, nothing further or any other help or assistance was offered. The staff didn't seem to care too much about the service and looked like they were run off their feet or the guy was just on his phone (not sure if he was checking stock or just on his phone).

Mark went above and beyond to accommodate me and my wife with my queries. He made sure that we are satisfied with the car.
