Excellent service from Max both over the phone and in person. Bought the car sight unseen based on Ichinen Auto's business model, reputation and information from Max. Appreciated the free tank of gas as an out of town buyer. He was very helpful answering questions, sharing information and making suggestions weeks after the sale. The Penrose dealership site is pretty basic but gets the job done. Very happy with the car - as described and drives well. Hope to buy our next car from them as well.
