Dealing with the sales team was easy and straightforward. No pressure to purchase. Trade in offer was very fair, considering they didn’t see the car before the purchase of the new vehicle. Road test was very straightforward - I did this with a friend, no need for security guarantee… Sales agent was not overly familiar with car, but it is a rare model. A minor fault was promptly fixed. Full tank of fuel. No follow up from sales team … yet
