I was searching online for a vehicle. I came across the garage group who had won a number of awards. Thought I would view there website. I started viewing there website and all the cars looked amazing, they were clean and well displayed with lots of information. I sent an enquiry and some photos of a car I would trade in. Within a few hours they made contact and said what they could offer for the trade in. I then requested 12 hours to make a decision. I then got back in contact. They sent me some forms to fill out and requested a few details. Within an hour finance, insurance and trade in sorted. The interest rate was not high. They asked me if I had any queries. Just overall very helpful, top customer service. I purchased a vehicle within 48hours. Note we live in New Plymouth. We arranged a pick up time and when we arrived it was ready, done pre checks reviewed a few forms and then done pre inspection all seamless and completed within an hour. Car was immaculate, clean and full. Overall experience was amazing. I would recommend to others purchasing a vehicle to use the garage group.
