Yvan was great and friendly. Held the vehicle for me out the back before it was pre inspected as I was unable to go the branch myself. He also sent me a couple options for pre purchase inspection mechanics in the area. Only critique is I noticed that some work had been done on the vehicle such as newer tyres new warrant and rego but had not been updated on the condition of the vehicle when I signed the contract but Yvan fixed this very quickly so this was resolved but made the process a bit longer when signing contact but I don't think this was his fault that the records were not updated. Car turned up before predicted delivery time which was nice, exterior and interior in good condition. He was also very easy to get ahold of..thank you Yvan
