I was disappointed with your customer service. 1) I was not offered a discount when offering to pay cash. 2) I was not told that paying towards the end of the day with internet banking might mean I could not take the car that day as it would take 3 hours minimum for the transfer to take place from my bank to yours. Had I known I would have make sure to come earlier in the day, so having do do all the paperwork and then be told I could not drive the car home was really frustrating. 3) I am an older person and found it uncomfortable to stand at your high counter to do phone banking, reading through documents and signing them....etc. It would have been good customer service to be offered the option of doing all this sitting at a table given that it took a substantial amount of time. the persons I dealt with were very friendly and I do understand that they are applying company policies but some of these policies are not customer friendly and I would not recommend your company to people wishing to buy a car. I came to you from previous positive experience but obviously policies have changed.
