Laundry facilities are available in the shared bathroom area down the hall. Weekly Costs:
Rent: $370 per week Expenses: $50 per week Bed rental (optional): $5 per week
Move-in Costs:
Bond: 3 weeks’ rent 1 week’s rent in advance
NOTE: Property NOT suitable for babies / children.
