4 bedrooms | 2.5 bathrooms | 2 lounges | double garage + 3 off street parks

Q: What first drew you to 11 Kiwinui Lane? A: Well, the first thing I spotted was that walk-in wardrobe - I thought, hello, that’s where all the shoes will live – it’s fabulously spacious. But truly, the layout was perfect for my life at the time. My son was living with me, and this home made it so easy. He had his own bedroom, bathroom, lounge, and even a kitchenette downstairs - independence for him, peace and quiet for me. A win-win. And the light! This home just glows. North-facing sunshine pours in all day, and the open-plan living spills out to the patio beautifully. It’s the kind of place where you start the morning with coffee in the sun and end the day with a glass of wine outside. Bliss. And don’t get me started on the thoughtful touches - a huge walk-in wardrobe, walk-in pantry, brilliant storage, a gorgeous powder room everyone comments on, a proper laundry, and yes, even a carpeted double garage. Because why shouldn't your garage feel glamorous too?

Q: Why choose this home instead of building new? A: Oh please - building is a sport, and I’m retired from chaos. I bought it brand new and then sprinkled all the finishing touches over it - landscaping, gazebo, beautiful drapes, blinds, clothesline, letterbox… all the things no one remembers until they move in and realise they need them. You get all the brand-new sparkle without the headache. Just move in, pop your champagne in the fridge, and you’re away.

Q: What made the Kiwinui community special for you? A: There are only five homes here, which means you don’t have to remember too many names. It’s genuinely lovely - friendly, safe, supportive. If I'm away, someone will pop the bins out. We’ve got a little WhatsApp chat, and we even wind up at the local pub together now and then. It feels like the good kind of village - community, but not nosey.

Q: What have you enjoyed most about living here? A: The indoor-outdoor flow - it just works. Everything’s flat and easy, so summer becomes a rotation of sunshine, BBQs, good wine, and long lazy mornings. It’s private, sunny, calm, and a little bit luxe. My happy place.

Q: And what’s prompting the move? A: My son’s moved out and jetted off overseas so now I get to pick a new place to enjoy life too. I’m starting to think ahead to the next stage of life, and this home deserves a family or someone who will really enjoy the space and the stroll-to-town lifestyle. I’ve loved every minute here - and I’d be thrilled to see someone else fall for it the way I did.
