The two-story spacious, warm and comfortable home has a large heat-pump as well as a log burner with a wet-back. There are two living areas. The spacious upstairs open living area is set up with a sleeping area at one end and couches at the other end. There is a separate bedroom upstairs and another downstairs. The laundry/storage room downstairs is large enough to accommodate another bedroom or office space.

A fabulous enclosed outdoor BBQ and seating area attached to the house provides extra space for relaxing or entertaining. The separate double garage includes workbenches and ample storage space for your fishing rods. There is plenty of outdoor parking space for additional vehicles and the boat.
