Kiri Forest is situated near Opunake in the Taranaki region and presents a rare investment opportunity in a location where quality forests are seldom offered. This young Pinus radiata forest has been fully established in 2022 and has been carefully planned to maximise land use and long-term value.

The forest covers a net stocked area of approximately 325.5 hectares, with Manuka planted within setback areas to create a well-planned and efficiently laid-out asset. A total of 324.2 hectares is registered in the Emissions Trading Scheme under averaging accounting, with the sale including all NZUs accrued up to settlement.
