Cannot fault the quick service and cost of replacement tiles fixed by this company. I also received photos of the rusty tiles and then photos of the replaced ones. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing roofing repairs.

I noticed a broken roof tile on a rental property inspection and this had left a large hole in the roof. The inspection was 5pm on a Friday. I phoned Mike at 6pm and he informed me he would try and get someone to the job on Saturday as rain is forecast. We had a loose piece of roofing iron from a poorly completed renovation job a few years back. It was in an inconvenient part of the roof, near the apex on a two-storey house with a steep pitched roof, so needed specialist equipment to get to. Mike's team had all the right gear, knew exactly what to do, and had the problem sorted in an hour.

Mike helped us solve an intermittent roof leak. As it was only a drip/dribble, it proved elusive. By replacing flashing Mike fixed the issue. At all times his communication skills were excellent. We had to postpone due to weather/safety several times, but he kept in touch with alternative dates.

We called Mike on a cold, windy, otherwise sunny day 2 years ago, after our kitchen was nearly flooded by heavy rain because of a leaky roof. Mike was friendly and professional. Not only did he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, he also showcased the extraordinary ability to predict the weather: 1 hour after fixing our roof, torrential rain arrived: the sky torn open and streets were flooded, yet our kitchen was dry.

We are highly impressed. No sales pitch, straight up honest, reliable, friendly and professional. They really care about their work and customers. Mike and Mike came out promptly, we're still waiting on everyone else for a quote before the next downpour! We were advised we need a new roof and were given names and numbers of re-roofers. We got a full explanation and our whole roof inspected. I would hire these guys for any roof repairs in the future. Great genuine first impression.

Out of 4 phone calls Mike was the only one who returned my call and although very busy came over the same day to see my problem and give me a quote. Friendly guy gave me good advice, I would trust him to do the job anyday.

Excellent prompt service. After several other roofing companies didn't get back to me, Mike answered first time (from a roof) advising that he was booked for the week... but when opportunity presented on same day, he phoned back to say he could fit job in. Fixed problem quickly and identified a few other roofing issues that he sorted out speedily.

Trades people don't get much better than Mike. The man is a real well of knowledge - spot-on no-nonsense advice every step of the way. It seems like your roof well-being is more important to him than the money.

No hassles whatsoever. Was stressing out because we had a hole in the roof where a tile had slipped and if it rained we would have been in more trouble!
