Description
An excellent example of Vintage New Zealand Art Glass under the Brand name "Kaaru" produced for AHI Operations, by Crown Crystal Glass NZ.
Crown Crystal New Zealand were under the Umbrella of AHI Operations I believe, so I think it is very likely these were made at the Crown Crystal Glass Works in Hornby Christchurch Circa .. perhaps1970s?
It has the speckled multitudes of coloured glass seen on some vintage art glass fish of the period, and is encased with white glass.
Great that the paper foil label is still attached .
It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or scratches ..and stands 150mm tall by 135mm wide.
