This is one of the early land transfers on the North Shore.
Deed No. 39085, Parish of Takapuna, Trustees of Auckland Land Society to George Staines
Showing a coloured map with 2 allotments; 4 to 15 and 58 to 61
The Deed is in fine original condition and appears to be on vellum and shows fold lines but has no tears or cracks. The seal is in good condition.
Length: 40.0 cm, Width: 35.0 cm
A great addition to any collection of early New Zealand history.
