Automatic rolling machine great for everyone with arthuritus. Very easy to use. You don't need to push the paper right down the back of the tobacco - just make sure the bottom of it is touching the top of the tobacco and close the lid. The default that it arrives set at is the fatter cigarette. The very bottom bar of the roller simply slides out and can be moved into the holes in front which are the slimmer setting. All in all, excellent value for money and much better quality than you are expecting for the price.
