This product is made from 2.5mm Steel, and Is made to order so it will take roughly between 3-5 weeks to be delivered.
The process for all my steel designs is that it is firstly cut on state of the art laser cutters, then sent to be sandblasted, which gives an even surface across the the design and allows the next process of zinc dipping to bond better with the steel, also stopping it ever rusting. Finally the design is powder coated to give it an awesome black finish, ready to be hung where ever you can imagine it.
Rusty Deer Creations started at the beginning of 2016 creating designs for friends and family as a hobby, now I I have great following of customers where I have made things from the wall hanging art above to Braziers/fire pits, Wood holders, Coat racks, boot removers and even wedding cake toppers. So watch this space as I continue to grow this hobby into a business.
