This postcard is by Joby Williamson. Joby is a well established London artist - please check out his website. I bought this at the 1999 London postcard fair where you buy the art without seeing who the artist is. We have loved this for nearly 20 years. Please note that it is linoleum stuck on a postcard with Stepney printed on it. One of the pieces of lino (bottom left corner) has cracked quite badly due to age.
