A quite neat & quite reasonably large watercolour work titled Divine Women (?) by Christina Scurr, Celt ? Inspired abstract original painting as per photos. (except that camera flash can change colours & shades etc & make things look brighter & better than they really are) I think it looks really quite neat & I think the painting looks quite well done. It is a bit different. I understand that many of Christinas works are inspired by or have Celt origins or connections. It was framed to a high standard. You could hang this sideways if you wanted. It is glassed & has a bamboo look frame (wooden or wood composite). The wooden frame is reasonably ok, (looks semi distressed) has wear & usage marks, scrapes & bangs, & anything else you want to think of etc, but again, reasonably quite ok & livable for its age etc etc. (you could touch up the scrapes or sand down & redo the frame) Frame measures approx 480mm odd x 480mm odd. Inside of frame measures approx 370mm odd x 370mm odd. What you can actually see of the painting itself is approx 235mm odd x 215mm odd wide, so its a good size, but not too big. Measurements are given, so compare those measurements with something you already have to give you a good idea of size. There are a number of photos, hopefully enough, to try & give a good indication of state and condition etc, and to help you decide its value to you & its suitability to your use or purpose, whatever that may be. So PLEASE, use those photos to help you see & gauge its faults, condition and other things you may want to know. And if not sure, ask a question !!!! We allow pickups, but if you do not want to pickup, then we can send for you, on your behalf, at your risk. Couriers & PO etc do not cover art, antiques, collectables & heaps of other things so is sent entirely at your risk.
