Description
Ria Van Rooyen 1999 original watercolour painting of a Leopard cub. In fact Ria emigrated to settle in ChCh in exactly that year.
Ria has exhibited in Sth Africa, NZ and the USA. She is a recognised Art Tutor and watercolourist who worked from a studio in the Arts Centre of ChCh before moving and settling in Howick, Auckland.
This watercolour painting is particularly rich in colour. The visible artwork measures 21cm by 28.5cm and the frame 50cm by 59cm.
The artwork is protected behind glass and has great colour retention.
Condition is good other than being loose in the frame. Interestingly someone has recently placed in a frame with string for 'landscape' hanging whereas the painting is 'portrait' and is not secure. See photo.
