A good sized & very neat & quite looking original oil painting titled Simpsons Landing Glenelg River Nelson signed Eileen Kearney 1993 as per photos - (except that camera flash can change colours & shades etc & make things look brighter & better than they really are) Quite a neat painting that looks quite well done. Was hard to photo as I kept getting some camera flash reflection. It is done on canvas, and has a retro looking frame. I think it is in good reasonable condition for its age, has odd little spot and mark and wear etc, but basically fine. It is quite textured in the bush & tress bit etc. It is not glassed. I think its quite neat, and would be great in the right setting. Has details on the back. The frame is ok too, but does have some minor marks, scrapes, wear, stains etc etc, but basically I think its good enough for what it is. Frame measures approx 700mm x 545mm odd or thereabouts. What you can actually see of the painting itself is approx 540mm x 390mm odd. Measurements are given, so please use them to compare to something else you own to give you a better idea of size. There's a number of photos, hopefully enough, to try & give a good indication of state and condition etc, and to help you decide its value & suitability to your use, whatever that may be. So PLEASE, use those photos to help you see & gauge its faults, condition and other things you may want to know. And if not sure, ask a question !!!! We allow pickups, but if you do not want to pickup, then we can send for you, on your behalf, at your risk. Couriers & PO etc do not cover antiques, collectables & heaps of other things so is sent entirely at your risk. Please note the different postage options and choose the right one for your situation. (so if you are rural delivery, choose the Rural delivery option) And sometimes there may be more expensive options, which can be good when combining auctions (if it works) and the smaller option for a single item.
