This auction is for a lovely original one off water colour titled Colonial Cottage Takapau by NZ artist Pauline O'Sullivan. Bought from the artist, Pauline O'Sullivan's exhibition at the Lewis Paape gallery. Having recently downsized we don't have room for all our art so are reluctantly selling. Framed professionally with non reflective glass in Otane for the artist. (Frame has some small scuffs (can be seen in photo) from transport when moving it. Frame is a bronzy gold 760 wide x 570 high. Actual art is 530x325. Nice co-ordinating dark brown double mat. Have not had valued but am asking what was paid for it. I am sure it has appreciated since then. From a clean, smoke free pet free home. Would prefer pick up so it is not damaged in transit but would ship on request.
