This auction is for a delightful watercolour of a street with dwellings on either side, trees and mountains in the background.

It is signed but i am unable to make out the artists name. It is obviously an accomplished artist as it is a lovely picture.

It is framed with a double matt, first white, then brown. It is framed with glass.

The image itself is 8.5cm across x 12cm tall. The outside of the frame is 27cm tall x just over 22cm wide.

It is in great condition. I am unsure how old it is as I found it in an op shop. Please see photos as part of the description.
